Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Because this is a digital product, refunds are intended for cases such as accidental duplicate purchases, technical issues preventing access to the product files, or when the product materially differs from its description. Email contact@practicesystemdesign.com with your order details and tell us which applies.

How to request one

Send us the email address you bought with, or your Gumroad receipt or order number, and a sentence on what went wrong. That is all we need.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method. We process requests within 2 business days; how quickly the amount appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

Your licence to use the workbook ends when the refund is issued, and access to future Volume 1 updates ends with it. Please delete your copy.

After 7 days

We generally cannot refund a digital download after 7 days. If something is genuinely wrong — a corrupted file, a download that will not open, a duplicate charge — write to us whenever it happens and we will fix it or refund it regardless of the date.
